Our Mission: Perinatal work group! Partnerships
that work: Much progress has occurred through
the perinatal work group. Vidalia Womens Center in Vidalia and along with other partners have worked
close with SEGCP to create a system that will help
many pregant women receive healthcare. See the Bright Horizons page for

to work with SEGCP on developing our GIS to map out the community resources
so we can better serve the general public. 14
years in helping our Community SEGCP has worked hard in accessing primary
healthcare services to Latino families
in Southeast Georgia for more than 14 years.
Our agency is supported by six different streams of funding, including
our local Toombs, Montgomery and Wheeler County United Way. Please consider a
